Whiskey Sour

A classic cocktail made with whiskey, lemon juice, sugar, and egg white, shaken to perfection and served over ice.

• 2 oz whiskey
• 3/4 oz fresh lemon juice
• 1/2 oz simple syrup
• 1/2 oz egg white (optional)
• Ice
• Lemon twist or cherry for garnish

Instructions

1. Add whiskey, lemon juice, and simple syrup to a cocktail shaker
2. If using egg white, add it to the shaker
3. Dry shake (without ice) for 10 seconds if using egg white
4. Add ice and shake vigorously for 15 seconds
5. Strain into a rocks glass filled with fresh ice
6. Garnish with a lemon twist or cherry

A fruity and vibrant cocktail made with vodka, peach schnapps, cranberry juice, and orange juice.

• 2 oz vodka
• 3/4 oz peach schnapps
• 1/2 oz cranberry juice
• 1/2 oz orange juice
• Ice
• Lemon twist or cherry for garnish

Instructions

1. Add vodka, peach schnapps, cranberry juice, and orange juice to a cocktail shaker
2. Add ice and shake vigorously for 15 seconds
3. Strain into a highball glass filled with ice
4. Garnish with an orange slice or cherry

Margarita

A refreshing cocktail made with tequila, lime juice, and triple sec, served with a salted rim.

• 2 oz tequila
• 1 oz lime juice
• 1 oz triple sec
• Salt for rimming the glass
• Ice
• Lime wedge for garnish

Instructions

1. Rub the rim of the glass with a lime wedge and dip in salt to coat
2. Add tequila, lime juice, and triple sec to a cocktail shaker filled with ice
3. Shake vigorously for 15 seconds
4. Strain into the prepared glass filled with ice
